Confidence Fitness brings a tough and durable interlocking EVA mat to protect your floor when working out. Turn any room into a home gym and when put together they will cover over a 1.5m squared area.

Having a thickness of 1.3cm they will even withstand use from heavy home gym equipment such as, treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, bikes, weights benches and multi gyms. These mats will withstand a great deal of punishment, yet provide cushioned comfort.

Buy more than one pack and connect them together to cover a much bigger surface area.
