Attaching easily to a standard door frame with two door anchors safely securing the unit, the elasticised tubes provide body resistance for a variety of upper and lower body exercises. You can also increase the intensity of resistance by simply adding the additional resistance band to the hand grips or leg wraps. Resistance band training is great for muscle toning.
