Workouts Include:

  • Side Standing Arm Lift - Stand facing the bench with your feet placed on the bottom cross bar. Hold handles palms facing down and keep arms straight. Lift arms to a horizontal position out to the side of your body. Lower back down after a short pause.
  • Front Standing Arm Lift - Stand facing the bench with your feet placed on the bottom cross bar. Hold handles palms facing down and keep arms straight. Lift arms to a horizontal position out to the front of your body. Lower back down after a short pause.
  • Kneeling Row - Kneel on the bench facing the high end of the bench. Reach out to hold handles, start with straight arms, then pull yourself towards the top of the bench, keeping elbows tucked into the side of your body. Lower back down after a short pause.
  • Seated Row - Sit on the bench facing the high end. Reach out to hold handles palms facing down, start with straight arms, then pull yourself towards the top of the bench, keeping elbows tucked into the side of your body. Lower back down after a short pause.
  • Prone Body Raise - Lie on the bench face down with your head towards the top of the machine. Reach for handles, palms facing down, hold handles with arms outstretched above your head, pull your body with the bench towards the top, arms straight down to your sides. Lower back down after a short pause.
  • Shoulder Pull Down - Lie on your back on the bench with your head toward the high end of the bench. Reach for handles above your head, palms facing up. Cross your ankles and keep your feet raised. Pull handles down toward the sides of your body keeping your arms straight. Lower back down after a short pause.
  • Kneeling Arm Fly - Kneel on the bench facing the lower end of the bench. Reach back for the handles, starting with straight arms outstretched to the back of your body. Pull the handles around the side of your body and end with your elbows tucked into your sides and hands in front. Lower back down after a short pause.
  • Seated Arm Fly - Sit on the bench with legs outstretched, facing the lower end of the bench. Reach back for the handles, starting with straight arms outstretched to the back of your body. Pull the handles around the side of your body and end with your elbows tucked into your sides and hands in front. Lower back down after a short pause.
  • Chest Press - Lie on your back on the bench with ankles raised and crossed with your head toward the high end of the bench. With bent elbows hold handles close in to your chest. Push handles out in front of you ending with straight arms. Lower back down after a short pause.
  • Leg Press - Lie on your back on the bench with feet on bottom bench bars knees bent with your head toward the high end of the bench. Hold weight plate bars and straighten legs pushing bench toward the top. Lower back down after a short pause.
  • Bicep Curl - Stand facing the Phoenix Pilates Machine with your feet placed on the bottom cross bar. Hold handles palms facing up and keep arms straight down to your front. Bend elbows as you lift the handles up towards your shoulders. Lower back down after a short pause.
  • Tricep Pull Down - Kneel on the bench with your head towards the top, bend over towards the top of the bench, bend elbows and hold handles palms facing down. Pull handles back towards the side of your body, ending with arms straight by your sides. Lower back down after a short pause.
  • Abdominal Crunch - Sit on the bench facing the top and hook your feet under the grab bar. Arms crossed across your chest. Lower yourself slowly back to a lying position and then bring yourself back up to a sitting position.
  • Lying Shoulder Pulldown - Lie prone on the bench with your head towards the high end. Hold the grab bar with your palms facing down and have your elbows bent and by your side. Lower yourself down the bench by straightening your arms, then lift yourself back up to starting position.
  • Kneeling Shoulder Pulldown - Kneel on the bench with your head towards the high end. Hold the grab bar with your palms facing up and have your elbows bent and by your side. Lower yourself down the bench by straightening your arms, then lift yourself back up to starting position.
  • Shoulder Raises - Lie on your back with your head towards the high end. With arms above your head hold grab bar, with palms facing up and arms outstretched. Cross your ankles and raise them off the bench. Pull yourself up toward the grab bar finishing with arms bent. Then lower yourself back to starting position.
