Lifespan Fitness' X-40 is a medium sized Elliptical Cross trainer that will suit most users with ease. It comes with computerised magnetic tension and a belt drivetrain to ensure a smooth, consistent workout, as well as easy resistance changing at the push of a button or with programs. The X-30 features a LCD computer display with smart easy to use programs and shows speed, time, distance, heart rate, RPM, watts and calories for an effective workout. The footplates are adjustable with 3 levels of adjustment.
