As per the Sale Overview, free delivery will be made within the Limited Delivery zones which includes QLD, NSW, VIC & TAS metropolitan and regional areas. Customers who fall outside of these States will need to arrange their own collection from our Lidcombe Sydney warehouse.

The goods should be available for collection from the 1st of July, we will notify you via email once the product has arrived at our warehouse and please do not arrange collection until after we have notified you that the goods are available.

For winners who fall within the Limited Delivery zones:

Due to the nature of the product which requires specialised packaging/handling and delivery. Depending on your location, you can expect delivery anywhere between 14 and 21 working days from payment date. The carrier company will call you to advise of delivery date.

We will send you an email notifying you as soon as your items have been despatched. In this email, you will find the name of the carrier company and the consignment note number of your item as well as information on tracking the delivery of your item online. Simply follow the link to the relevant website and enter your reference number. You will then be able to quickly and efficiently track the delivery status of your item!

Please note that Lots in this Auction cannot be delivered to the States listed below. Please consult the Shipping Calculator to see if we can deliver the product to your postcode.

Customers within the States listed below are able to pick up goods. For customers outside these States items will be delivered to your registered delivery address.

We are NOT able to deliver Lots marked as Restricted Delivery/Limited Delivery to the States listed below:

• Northern Territory
• Western Australia
• South Australia

For winners of restricted products residing within the States listed:

Pick up is available once we have notified you that the goods are in our warehouse, booking can be made Monday to Friday between 8.30am & 3.30pm (excluding public holidays). Bookings must be made 24 hours prior to pick up date and time. To book a pick up time, please email pickups@grays.com.au, once we have advised you they are available.

Items must be picked up within 14 workings days from when we have advised you they are available.

To collect your purchases, please attend the collection address during the times advised with a copy of your winner’s e-mail and photo ID.

If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf you need to send them with a copy of your winner’s e-mail along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.”

• GraysOnline accepts no responsibility for transit damage to these items once they have been picked up from the warehouse.
• Items must be inspected before removal from GraysOnline as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.
