If the product is sold with a manufacturers warranty, you must contact the manufacturer who supplied that warranty for repair/replacement to any damaged or faulty goods. GraysOnline does not offer returns/refunds for product(s) sold with a manufacturers warranty.
For items with GraysOnline warranty, you will be required to contact Grays Customer Support Team quoting your Invoice Number, Buyer Details, Serial Number and product issue. You will be required to return the product to a Grays authorised repairer (as advised by the Grays Customer Support Team) at your expense. The warranty does not cover misuse of product or software issues of any kind. Warranty is also void when the certificate of maintainability on the product is damaged or broken. All warranty claims are managed exclusively by Grays.
