GraysOnline are pleased to sell on behalf of a major oil and gas producer over $1M at cost of stores inventory subsequent to completion of projects. An enormous range of unused inventory is to be sold.
This sale is pick up only from Sandringham, Victoria.
These assets are used therefore inspection is highly recommended prior to bidding. Descriptions & photos should be used as a guide only.
Collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery is not available. Asset packaging and removal are the purchaser's responsibility in the time frame specified for this sale. Goods not collected within this time frame will be deemed abandoned.
Invoice totals exceeding $5000 must be paid by direct deposit.
A Buyers Premium of 13.5% + 10% GST applies to all lots purchased in this auction.

For invoices totaling in excess of $5,000 GraysOnline reserves the right to charge a deposit against the purchaser’s credit card to a maximum of $5,000 or 20% of the invoice total. Original Retail Prices: In certain circumstances, an item for sale on the site may display the manufacturers Original Retail Price (ORP). All ORPs are prices supplied by the manufacturer (or retailer) of the item at the time of the items original sale, and therefore such ORPs may not be current at the time of the online auction of the item. Graysonline takes no responsibility for the display of ORPs on any item it offers for sale at an online auction on its site, and hereby advises all bidders to satisfy themselves as to the value of the item being auctioned.
Occupational Health & Safety Asset Removal and Reuse
GraysOnline warn buyers that all plant offered for sale at Auction may not be fit for use in a workplace. It is the buyers/users responsibility to ensure that it is brought to a state necessary to comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and is fit for purpose.
The cost and responsibility for all aspects of asset removal lies with the buyer. All work carried out by the buyer or his/her agent must be in accordance with relevant site and/or industry conditions as well as to the instructions of GraysOnline Auctions and our vendor.
A summary of these types of enforceable requirements is as follows.
Typically, auctions are over at their posted times. There are some exceptions to this, however, if there are any successful bids on a particular lot within 10 minutes of the close of the online auction (the “Going, Going, Gone! Period), it will be extended until there are no successful bids within the "Refresh Period".
There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes GraysOnline work more like a live auction where the bidding doesn’t stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time. This means it is a good idea to watch the action as the auction nears closing time and to check back often.
Inspection of the assets is highly recommended. Bids on assets in this sale should be made based on your inspection and assessment of the goods. Descriptions and photographs should be used as a guide only. If you are unsure do not bid as no refunds will be given.

Delivery is not an option for this sale. The removal of the goods is the buyers responsibility.
Type "A" assets are low risk and are to be removed by the purchaser with Grays staff supervision and are to be collected on either Friday 29th June or Monday 2nd July 2012 (Excluding weekend) between 9.00am and 4.00pm.
Type “B” assets are high risk - No items in this sale have been categorised as Type B Assets.
Title to and risk in the equipment specified herein passes to Buyer or Buyers Representative upon payment in full. GraysOnline (Vic) Pty Ltd (“Auctioneer”) and Vendor make no representations or warranties that the equipment is of a particular standard or quality or fit for any particular purpose. The Equipment is sold to Buyer on an “as is where is” basis.
On and from the date when title and risk in the equipment passes to Buyer in accordance with above, Buyer releases Vendor and Auctioneer from all claims, losses, damages, taxes, duties, costs or expenses which Buyer may suffer or incur in connection with the equipment; and Buyer indemnifies and will keep Vendor and Auctioneer indemnified from and against all claims, losses, damages, taxes, duties, costs or expenses which Vendor or Auctioneer may suffer, incur or become liable for in connection with the equipment
Pick up can only be made once cleared funds are received. Purchasers cannot pick up until full invoice is paid.
Please advise Graysonline of your removal/collection arrangements, the following contractor package must be faxed or emailed to Lloyd lloyd@grays.com.au or 03 9581 2100.
An invoice will be available for collection when you pick up your goods.
Once assets are removed the transaction between GraysOnline and the bidder is deemed complete. There will be no recourse beyond this time, even in the event of third party collections. If you are unsure please refrain from bidding.
Important Information: Please note it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the safe removal of their lots and provide suitably qualified personnel to remove their lots. All lots have been electrically disconnected. Occupational Health and Safety regulations apply to this site. Any questions regarding the removal of any lots should be directed to the enquiries name or phone number indicated on sale web page.
If you intend to send a Third Party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your Winner’s E-mail and Signed Note of Authority permitting GraysOnline staff to release your purchases to the third party. Additionally, Email - lloyd@grays.com.au or fax all relevant documents to (03) 9581 2100 with the required information to ensure a speedy and efficient collection.
