A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the offer price of all lots in this Expressions of Interest.

GST (15%) will also be added to the offer price (including buyers premium) to all lots in this Expressions of Interest.

Please note – All offers must be submitted in New Zealand dollars.

Grays Auctions or the vendor may accept any offer prior to the advertised deadline of 4:00pm NZDT Tuesday 15th of January 2013.

All offers are subject to a 10% Buyers Premium plus 15% GST.

For example, if the successful offer price is $10,000 + 10% Buyers Premium (being $1000) + 15% GST (being $1,650) the invoice will total $12,650.

The Sale of Goods Act does not apply to this Expressions of Interest.All Items are sold "As Is Where Is" with no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Please note that there are no other accessories / parts included with these lots unless they are specifically stated as being included in the items description.

All international buyers or those intending on exporting are liable to pay New Zealand GST (15%) upon being issued with a Grays commercial invoice. A copy of the shipping documents must also be made available to Grays Auctions.
