The total capacity of this project activity is 19.8MW. The project activity by TCS Textiles Pvt Ltd involves 22 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) which generate electricity to the Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) Grid which is a part of Southern Grid of India.

These wind power credits are certified "Verified Carbon Standard".

For invoices totalling less than $5000, your credit card will be debited within 2 days of auction closing. To assist in the processing of payments please have funds available. Invoice totals exceeding $5000 will not be split.

Typically, auctions are over at their posted times. There are some exceptions to this, however, if there are any successful bids on a particular lot within 10 minutes of the close of the online auction (the “Going, Going, Gone! Period), it will be extended until there are no successful bids within the "Refresh Period".

There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes graysonline work more like a live auction where the bidding doesn’t stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time. This means it is a good idea to watch the action as the auction nears closing time and to check back often

Once you have purchased your carbon credits we need to transfer the ownership of the credits and retire the credits on your behalf. The credits can not be resold or ownership transferred again.To facilitate this we use the global environmental registry company Markit.

Markit Group Ltd run a global online registry that helps provide transparency and credibility to environmental markets ensuring provenance and singularity of carbon, water and other biodiversity credits, certificates and units.

Markit recognises that both private and public organisations are increasingly being asked to inventory, managetheir green house gas (GHG) exposure and develope strategies to manage the impact of climate change. To support organisations to align the many professional disaplines required to achieve emission reduction targets and mitigate emissions legislations risks, Markit has launched a web-based environmental platform for transparantly displaying a companies carbon transactions. A buyer can purchase carbon credits from us in full confidence as to their authenticity.

Once purchased all certification and technical supporting documentation for the project is also made available for reading and download by the new owner for their records.

Acting under instruction from the buyer we register the purchase and retire the carbon credits in the name of the buyer. The buyer can also supply special instructions as to how they want the credits allocated e.g "offsetting carbon emissions for power useage 2010" or offsetting 15 fleet vehicles 2010"  This retirement is registered on the MARKIT environmental registry and available for public inspection by the buyer or the general public.
