- Repair the Product
- Replace the product with either an identical or equivalent model
- Refund in full the purchase price of the product
The purchaser will be required to return the product to GraysOnline (NSW) via registered post at their expense. Warranty does not cover misuse of product. All warranty claims are managed exclusively by GraysOnline
Reconditioned - 3 month Warranty. Your product is warranted by GraysOnline to be free from defects affecting product functionality (except where otherwise stated in the lot description) for 3 calendar months from invoice date.
Should a defect occur within the warranty period GraysOnline please contact Grays Customer Support Team (Details below) In exceptional circumstances where the product for whatever reason cannot be repaired, GraysOnline at its sole discretion may choose to resolve the issue by refunding the full purchase price of the product. Warranty does not cover misuse of product. All warranty claims are managed exclusively by GraysOnline
You will be required to contact Grays Customer Support Team quoting your Invoice Number, Buyer Details, Serial Number and product issue. You will be required to return the product to a Grays authorised repairer (as advised by the Grays Customer Support Team) at your expense. The warranty does not cover misuse of product or software issues of any kind.
