OLC Pty Ltd operated a franchise Eagle Boys pizza store from premises at Shop 2 Narangba Valley Shopping Centre, Young Road, Narangba, QLD. The company has ceased trading and the franchise agreement is expected to be terminated shortly.
The company’s assets at the store are available for sale on a “walk in, walk out” basis. This does not include the franchise or any lease to the premises. However the landlord is interested in discussing with any interested parties regarding the lease of the premises.
