BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:

• Grays Online guarantee that all vehicles/boats/motorbikes in this sale are sold with clear title. REVS checks are not necessary, and bidders may find if they do perform a REVS check in many cases the cars do have an encumbrance, which will be lifted as soon as the vehicle is sold at auction.
• Inspection of the assets is highly recommended. Bids on assets in this sale should be made based on your inspection and assessment of the goods.

• If you are unsure do not bid as no refunds will be given.
• Items must be inspected before removal from Grays as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP & REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

As registration and ownership requirements vary from state to state buyers should familiarise themselves with the registration and transfer requirements of the state in which the vehicle will be registered. As is standard practice the buyer is responsible for state transfer fees, duties etc. that may apply.

In line with our requirements in Every State and Territory other than New South Wales, vehicles in these states/territories will be sold unregistered to private buyers. Plates will not be given to the successful buyer and it is their responsibility to obtain an UVP (unregistered vehicle permit) when organising to pick the vehicle up.

If you are a licensed dealer, in some cases the plates may be included, but only if you have an LMCT number - you will need to contact us with the particular vehicle you are interested in. If you are a dealer and would like to be updated on current and future sales, please email david.draganov@grays.com.au with your name, location and LMCT number.

Pick ups are not allowed outside of the dates/times listed below.

Pick up can only be made once cleared funds are received. Purchasers cannot pick up until full invoice is paid. Goods will only be released with correct buyer details being provided (Full Buyer name, Sale and Lot number and ID).

Any items remaining uncollected after the nominated collection times will be deemed abandoned and/or may incur a daily storage fee of $50 per day and/or removal fee.

Assets must be collected on Monday 2nd July via appointment with Adrian Paley (m 0458 209 473)

Third Party Pick Up

If you intend to send a Third Party to collect your Goods on your Behalf, you need to send them with a Copy of your Winners E-mail, a Photocopy of Driver/3rd Party Pick Up Photo ID and Signed Note of Authority Permitting GraysOnline Staff to Release your Purchases to the Third Party.

The information needed is:

• Sale and Lot Numbers e.g. 0001-8000370
• Copy of the paid invoice
• Copy of your drivers license family
• Buyers Registered Name and/or Email
• Transport details: Company Name, Contact Person and Job Number provided by the transport company.
