Pick ups are not allowed outside of the dates/times listed above.
These Assets are Located at 122 Welshpool Road, Welshpool, WA.
Please Note: Enclosed footwear must be worn at all times when inspecting or collecting goods.
Pickup can only be made once cleared funds are received.
Purchasers cannot pick up until the full invoice is paid.
Goods will only be released with the correct buyer details being provided (Full Buyer Name, Sale and Lot Number and ID).
Collection of the assets is the responsibility of the purchaser.
GraysOnline in Perth, WA WILL NOT package your item or organise a courier / transport for the purchaser.
Asset packaging and removal are the purchasers responsibility in the time frame specified for this sale.
Any items remaining uncollected after two days of the nominated/arranged collection times will be deemed abandoned and/or may incur a daily storage fee of $50 per day and/or removal fee.
Third Party Pick Up
If you intend to send a Third Party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your Winner’s E-mail and Signed Note of Authority permitting GraysOnline staff to release your purchases to the third party. Alternatively, Email - email@example.com or fax all relevant documents to (08) 9458 7045 with the required information to ensure a speedy and efficient collection. The information needed is:
- Sale and Lot Numbers e.g. 0001-9001234
- Signed note/letter of authority permitting GraysOnline Staff to release your purchases to the third party
- Copy of your paid invoice
- Copy of your photo ID
- Transport details: Company Name, Contact Person and Job Number provided by the transport company.
Please note if you do not provide these documents your goods will not be released.
