Winemaking
Sauvignon Blanc: Vinified from two separate parcels, picked from two different vineyard blocks for diversity of flavours.
Semillon: Picked when fully flavour ripe, so slightly later than the Sauvignon Blanc blocks.
Juices were clarified following pressing and cool fermented separately with several different strains of aromatic yeast.
Post ferment the wines were racked off lees and the individual parcels were then blended together, stabilised and prepared for bottling.
Our range of wines are crafted from 5 different grape varieties that blend together in perfect harmony, much like the close and lifelong interaction between you and your closest five friends. The Five Friends relationship between our Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet and Shiraz grapes is formed in the cool climate and abundant sunshine of our Vineyard Estate from vines that yield the ideal blend of generous flavour and supple texture. Smooth wines, perfect to be enjoyed with friends.

Pale Straw with green edges.

Lifted and aromatic, notes of citrus, melon, passionfruit.
Palate
A fresh and lively wine with lifted citrus and tropical fruit notes, balanced by a crisp dry finish.

Grilled Tasmanian salmon cutlets with a green rocket salad. Ideal with oysters natural.
