This Sale has a Variable Buyers Premium where the percentage of buyer’s premium will change once a bid price of $1501 or more is reached. A 20.00% Buyer’s Premium applies when the bidding is less than $1501, moving to 16.50% buyer’s premium once the bidding reaches $1501 and 15.00% buyer's premium once the bidding reaches $7501 or more.

Product Condition: Please refer to the individual lot description for product condition. Most lots have pictures assigned to them. These should be taken as a guide only.

Payment: Invoice totals exceeding $5000 must be paid by direct deposit within 2 days of auction closing. Contact accounts@grays.com.au for an exact invoice total. For invoices totalling less than $5000, your credit card will be debited within 2 days of auction closing. To assist in the processing of payments please have funds available. Invoice totals exceeding $5000 will not be split.

Pick Up Date:Assets must be collected on either a Monday or Friday (Following business day if it is a Public holiday) between 9.00am – 4:00pm, unless other arrangements have been made. (As per details below) . Items are held for a period of two weeks from close of sale, otherwise they be deemed abandoned. Buyers are reminded of their responsibilities to ensure that vehicles used for asset collection are roadworthy and compliant with the vehicle mass, dimensions and load restraint requirements of the Road Traffic Act (1961).

Pick Up Location: GraysOnline, 3 Maxwell Road, Pooraka, SA, 5095.

Pick up is available once cleared funds are received. To collect your purchases please bring a copy of your paid invoice and photo ID.

Third Party Pick Up

If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your Winners E-mail and Paid Invoice, a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting GraysOnline staff to release your purchases to the third party.

The information needed is:

• Copy of the paid invoice
• Copy of your drivers licence
• Transport details: company name, contact person and job number provided by the transport company

Items must be inspected before removal from GraysOnline as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, all visitors into the warehouse must wear fully enclosed footwear, no thongs or sandals allowed.
