It has delicious concentrated cherry, blackberry and dark chocolate flavours that give way to hints of classic cracked pepper spice all complemented by vanilla softness and well-structured tannins.

Eagle Tower Merlot is medium in body with dusty tannins and lots of big dark fruit flavours. It is beautifully matched with lingering aromas of ripe plumb and mulberries.
