Aroma/Palate

A green to pale straw colour, this wine displays a magnificent and complex array of passion fruit and boysenberry that’s complemented well with greener notes of cut grass and capsicum. The palate is rich in texture while maintaining a lovely and succulent acidity.

Established in 1969 and purchased in 1972, Taltarni is a founding winery of Victoria’s Pyrenees. The name Taltarni, meaning red earth, aptly describes the iron rich red soil of the Pyrenees wine region.
