Bright, pale straw with a green hue.

Aroma

This wine displays clean, fresh aromas of green apple and pear on the nose. There are underlying hints of honeysuckle and toasty notes, adding complexity.

Palate

Off-dry, with a crisp acidity that refreshes the middle and back palate, the high fruit intensity shows juicy characters of Fuji apples, apple blossom and lime, concluding with attractive honey right at the finish.

Best enjoyed with fresh, Asian inspired dishes or Indian curries.
