This is a bright cuvee of medium straw hue, projecting the crunch and vibrancy of apple, pear and lemon fruit, elegantly underscored by almond meal complexity of lees age. Some phenolic presence lends grip to the finish, though acid line and dosage are well poised.

The dominant Chardonnay shows itself on the nose with delicate citrus blossom, fresh lemon and grapefruit zest

palate:

The palate shows restraint with a beautiful chalky mouthfeel and a backbone of taut acidity and elegant minerality, with lemon pith and roast cashew nuts
