Appearance: bright pale gold; fine bubbles.

Nose: fresh; green apple and white flowers.

Palate: fresh and dry palate; lively acidity balanced with fruitiness of green apple and lemon; fine and creamy bubbles.

The wines of Jorgensen Hill are the collaboration between two winemakers who share a single vision … to make wines that showcase the variety and region. Master blender, Peter Jorgensen and negociant Chris Hill draw on decades of experience to craft individual wines with a commitment to traditional small batch winemaking techniques.

Our aim is to make multiple batches from each vineyard to capture the subtle differences of soil type, different levels of ripeness, different fermentation and barrel maturation methods. The result gives us a rich palette of flavours, textures and styles. The art is assembling a finished wine that is greater than the individual components.
