Lemon in colour. Blended over three vintages to create this versatile NV Sparkling Blanc De Blanc. Tropical, lightly toasted, honey & citrus. Enjoy with Seafood or Chicken

James Estate 2016 Chardonnay

Alcohol - 12.5%

Pale yellow. White peach, flint, white blossom. Hints of green apple, grapefruit with balanced acidity with a long finish. Matured for 3 months on new & seasoned French oak, we have created our take on a Hunter Valley Chardonnay with a balanced mouth feel, medium tannins & supportive oak notes. Enjoy with Tapas, Pizza, Cold Meat Dishes.

Grape Variety - Merlot & Cabernet Franc
