Wines directly issued from a great “Terroir” in the French town of Epernay.

The Champagne House has been created in 1835, and is still family owned today.

Its wines are refreshing while complex, thanks to the high level of craftsmanship brought by the winemaker, Christophe RAPENEAU, to successfully blend the Chardonnay and Pinots grapes in its best expression. Pale yellow colour, with a good and persistent mousse. Thanks to a young and fresh wine.

Bouquet

White flower bouquet, with subtle nose of flat peach and stone fruit aromas and hints of lemon in the background.

Palate

Fresh and lively on the palate with persistent Mirabelle plum and apricot aromas. Fruity, elegant and generous final.

Food Matching

Whole grilled lobster gratin.

Its elegant complexity makes this Champagne good for any occasion: aperitif, meal or during a cocktail.
