Our Winemaker's Reserve collection encapsulates regional and vineyard provenance, winemaking skill and integrity, as well as the essence of the First Creek style. We select grapes from benchmark vineyards, only in vintages when the fruit reaches the pinnacle of viticultural quality. The result is small batches of exceptionally rare and special wines.

Winery Tasting Notes

Cold soaked for 36 hours before being fermented with neutral yeast in open top fermenters. Plunged 4 times a day in the height of ferment to extract delicate fruit tannins and enhance the vibrant colour.

Mulberry, blackberry and plum flavours with earthy complexities and hints of liquorice. Supported by fine velvety tannins, with a long satisfying finish.
