Drinking a Riesling, (le Cave D’Augustin Florent), is never a bad way of beginning a weekend is it?! Different from it's German counterpart, oh and cheap, it's quite a decent drop. Very refreshing and aromatic with white peach and mellow critics, a sherberty twang, sweet floral fragrances and loose tea leaves. Vivid palate with good fruit and acidity, some mineralisation and a carbonic fizzle through to the finish. Nice with marinated kalamata olives and melva in olive oil...yum!

"Nice pale golden colour, green apple and a bit of peach, nice acidity attack with a creamy balance and mineral long finish, went fine with a salmon carpaccio "
