Attractive nose, good complexity, red fruits like raspberries and cherries well accompanied by touches of spicy and floral tones. Well balanced acidity gives this wine juicy. Medium bodied, rounded and soft with a long and pleasant aftertaste. It is a wine to enjoy now but it will improve in the bottle. .

Grape Variety: Pinot Noir

Vineyard: Low yield vines. Controlled deficit irrigation regime. Careful viticultural management searching for the proper ripeness of the tannins and avoiding green flavors. Low yields and good conditions during ripening gives a well structured wine with attractive varietal aromas, a fresh acidity.

Time of harvest: Harvest was done in the first week of April.

Ageing: 15% of the blend aged in used barrels during 4 months.

Winemaking: Fermentation- 7 days cold maceration. Selected yeasts. Temperature controlled fermentation (26°C). 4 short pumpovers per day. 7 days maceration on the skins. Full Malolactic fermentation.Filtration- Filtration through 0.65 µ sterile membrane.
