Koala Moon Cab Sav

This limited release is our best Cabernet of vintage and the mild conditions experienced in 2016 have accentuated the varietal characteristics. The colour is deep, leading to a bouquet of violet and cassis and a touch of dark chocolate.

Koala Moon Merlot

Deep red-black colour with a dark centre with a bouquet loaded with spicy plum and chocolate notes and the palate is typically firm, rich and with a long finish which is a legacy of the low yielding vineyards of SEA. This is certainly a wine that will benefit from a few years of careful cellaring if so desired.

Koala Moon Shiraz

This 2016 Shiraz is deep red in colour with a black core and a bouquet of charcoal chocolate notes with dark plum and mocha, finishing with soft velvety tannins and rich opulent fruit on the palate. We recommend that it be carefully decanted 2-3 hours prior to serving to allow the wine to breathe and to leave any sediment behind.

Days Of Summer Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Days Of Summer SSB shows lovely herbaceous aromas of asparagus, split green peas and cut grass. A touch of passionfruit adds some richness and depth. The palate is crisp and clean with the herbal characters filling your mouth. The finish is refined and clean.
