Blossom Hill Shiraz is a juicy red wine rounded with plum and spice aromas, delivering a delicious full-flavoured finish. Best enjoyed with friends (and plenty of sizzling conversation).

De Bortoli DB Winemaker Selection Shiraz 2017

Deep garnet with vibrant red hue. Bursting with red compote berries, underlying peppery notes and a complimenting spicy oak. A full palate of rich fruit, mocha and a lingering touch of black pepper. Ideal with slow cooked meats or pasta.

Barwang Shiraz Hilltops 2014 Hilltops, NSW

Bright purple red. Blood plums, red cherries, black spice, cloves and hints of background toasty oak. An intense medium bodied palate of violets and blueberries with long soft tannins and a creamy oak spice finish.

Fifth Leg Whippersnapper Shiraz 2014

Fifth Leg Whippersnapper Shiraz is a deep purple coloured wine showing pale red tinges. This bold yet youthful wine features aromas and flavours of dark plums as well as savoury spices. The palate is integrated with textural tannins, which mix with the vibrant fruit characters to provide a long and juicy finish. Suggested food pairings with this elegant Shiraz include pizzas, pastas, beef and lamb.
