Wine Summary Image

The Osip wines are made without the use of sulphur in the winery. They are a pure expression of the Seresin Estate philosophy, wines that wholly reflect us, our vineyards and the vintages from which they come. Harvest was earlier than for the other Seresin Pinot Noir, in order to retain acidity and ensure a lower alcohol wine. The nose exhibits bright, fresh, red berry fruit, with hints of spice and savoury earth notes. Pure on the palate, with vibrant hedgerow fruit and a subtle power and depth, framed by subtle tannins and a mouth-watering acidity.

OSIP by Seresin Estate is a vibrant range of wines designed to express our creative side. Like all of our wines, this Pinot Noir is made from certified organic fruit and fermented with wild yeast, however this time we’ve

challenged convention by not adding sulphites.

Bright red berry fruit with hints of savoury earth notes are framed by subtle tannins. Best in its youth.
